The Nantes Food Forum is a fair open to all, which deals with the food of tomorrow. As part of the Food Heroes project, several activities have been organised around goat meat. This meat remains relatively unknown in the region. Thus, the aim was to make people taste this meat and evaluate the launch of a sustainable field for farmers. Around 200 visitors came to the “Discover Pays de Loire Goat and Goat Cheese” stand.
